Comment: Cursive script gives a personal, trustworthy feel, while the understated grey tones give a contemporary edge. Enlarged 'L' draws eye to strapline

Comment: Hmm, 'Web 2.0' - what exactly does that mean?

Brief: Modern, fresh, simple, fun but not blithe, appealing to 16-30 age group

Purpose: Shop signage, web, stationery, business cards, promotional, bags, packaging, in a word, everything

Comment: Modern, bold colours, wide lettering and spacing to maximise usage of specified 7:1 size ratio (for shop-front signage). Treatment to letter 'E' suggests 'sandwich'

Gigsty Sound

Client: Sound Engineers specialising in live music sound

Brief: Funky, fun, topical

Purpose: Web, t-shirts, business cards

Comment: Original pig graphic (by LAMP-UK) combined with stencil lettering to give 'flightcase' look

Comment: Bold, cursive, yet easy-to-read font enclosed in solid, secure box gives suggestion of honesty and old-fashioned values
